Develops and cultivates the skills of students by understanding the fundamentals of leadership from Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord, Henri Fayol, and other leadership and management theorists throughout history. The student dynamics of leadership within the 21st Century will be a pivotal aspect for this class. Learning about: Organizational Structure, Organizational Development, Organizational Change, The differences between Leadership and Management, Ethical leadership espoused by our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ. This course is designed to enrich students knowledge and concepts based on leadership within a business.

Such as fundamentals of leadership from Jesus Christ, Henri Fayol, other leadership & management theorists, Servant Leadership, Transformational Leadership, Situational Leadership, and Transactional Leadership. The student dynamics of leadership within the 21st Century, Organizational Structure, Organizational Development, Organizational Change, The differences between Leadership and Management, Ethical leadership espoused by our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ. Ethical business practices will be a primary focus throughout this course based on the Holy Bible.
