Applying effective Leadership principles within a global organization is necessary by leaders today. Developing a sound policy of establishing a Code of Ethics, effective Business Policies & Procedures, and Motivation is essential. The primary goal of this class is the ability of the student to apply ethical business practices that drive success within a global organization. The international market is vast based on its overall competitive nature. The ability of leaders to reflect and apply a Christian perspective from the Holy Bible is very important today. This course is designed to enrich the students knowledge and engagement within an international organization.
