Course Description:

This course offers an understanding of how countries and governments all over the world balance the need for development and proper stewardship of the environment. There will be a detailed case studies and discussions on the role of environmental agencies such as the environmental protection agency (EPA) and the signing of international agreements between countries geared towards environmental control.

How This Course Benefits Students:

In order for the student to fully understand the context of environmental law and policy he/she must have a basic understanding of the and God’s redemptive work, including the entire creation.

Why This Course Is Important:

Proper understanding of environmental law and policies, requires a good knowledge of biblical stewardship.
