What does research indicate about the relationship between spirituality and personal wellness? This course will explore the nature of spiritual assessments and the interrelatedness of the spiritual to the biological, social, and psychological aspects of people.

How This Course Benefits Students:

Spirituality is an integral component to health and well-being. In order to minister effetively in a clinical setting, students need to be aware how spirituality impacts their own lives, the lives of those to whom they minister, and the institutional culture. Students will become more aware of their own spirituality and recognize and assess the need in others.

Spirituality touches all aspects of life. This course helps take spirituality into the healthcare and patient arena.
