Course Description:

Leveraging community, governmental, and private resources is a way to enhance military support for military families in an era of constrained resources. Students will learn how to build collaborative relationships with these resources to better understand them, how they work, and how military families can be assisted.

How This Course Benefits Students:

Students need to be aware of resources available to assist military members and veterans. In order to help them, they need to be able to know which organizations are available to help service members, veteran, and their families..

Why This Course Is Important:

This course will not only allow the student to understand some of the major help organizations but learn how leaveraging these resources can help military families.
